Les Gatz, Senior Finance Consultant
Les Gatz has over 45 years of experience in commercial banking where he assisted his clients in achieving their financial goals. Working with small, medium and large companies he has an understanding of the challenges the business owner faces on a daily basis.
The role of a commercial business banker requires reviewing business plans, analyzing financial statements, analysis of cash flow needs, assisting in the loan application process to assure proper structure and recommendations on how to make the company more profitable.
Les currently serves on the board of directors for Capital Area United Way serving on the Finance Committee and the Community Impact Committee where decisions for funding agencies are made. He previously served on the Finance Committees for BREC (Baton Rouge Recreation & Parks) and the Associated Builders and Contractors.
Les has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a graduate of the LSU Banking School and the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School.
